| 摘 要： | 目的观察大蒜素和多西他赛(DXT)单用及联合应用对人骨肉瘤细胞株MG-63增殖抑制作用。方法采用MTT法检测细胞毒性作用。倒置相差显微镜观察细胞形态改变,流式细胞仪检测药物对细胞周期的影响,并检测凋亡率。结果大蒜素和DXT单用及联合用药,在一定浓度范围内均对骨肉瘤细胞MG-63有增殖抑制作用和诱导凋亡作用,其作用与剂量呈正相关。联合用药组作用明显强于单独用药组(P<0.05)。大蒜素和DXT单独及联合作用于人骨肉瘤细胞株MG-63,与细胞生长分裂关系较密切的G2/M期占细胞周期的比例有明显升高,且联合用药的升高作用更明显(P<0.01)。结论大蒜素和DXT均可将骨肉瘤细胞株阻滞于G2/M期,两药联合可能具有协同抗肿瘤作用。
