| 摘 要： | 目的观察采用利巴韦林雾化吸入佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法 389例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组194例给予喜炎平注射液常规治疗,治疗组195例在常规治疗基础上加用利巴韦林雾化吸入辅助治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果两组患儿的退热时间、疱疹消失时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,所有病例未观察到明显的不良反应。结论利巴韦林雾化吸入佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效理想,利于临床推广。 |
