脑胶质瘤磁共振成像增强特征与病理分级相关性研究

目的探讨脑胶质瘤的磁共振成像(MRI)增强特征与病理分级的相关性。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的32例脑胶质瘤患者的MRI增强图像,观察增强形态、增强程度和强化的均匀性,并测得强化壁的最大厚度、最小厚度,计算两者的比值和差值,与肿瘤病理分级进行比较。结果 92.31%高级别胶质瘤为花环样强化,75%低级别胶质瘤为环形强化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高级别胶质瘤以不均匀强化为主,占75%,低级别胶质瘤以均匀强化为主,占75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高、低级别胶质瘤强化壁最大厚度为(8.12±3.12)mm和(2.83±1.14)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤患者的MRI增强特征与病理分级之间存在相关,增强最大厚度越大,增强程度与增强厚度均匀性越差,强化越明显,肿瘤分化级别越低,恶性程度越高。

The Research of Correlation in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Enhanced Features and Pathologic Stage of Glioma
