| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨呼吸道感染患儿血清肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）和羟丁酸脱氢酶（HBDH）的改变及临床价值。方法：采用免疫抑制法分别测定94例呼吸道感染患儿和100例健康儿血清CK-MB和HBDH水平。结果：呼吸道感染组患儿血清CK-MB和HBDH水平与正常对照组比较明显升高,相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;血清CK-MB和HBDH水平随着感染程度加重而升高,CK-MB、HBDH与感染程度呈正相关（r=0.518,0.527,P〈0.01）。结论：联合监测CK-MB和HBDH有助于判断呼吸道感染患儿的病情严重程度。 |
