| 摘 要： | 癫痫是神经内科常见病,痫性发作是最常见的临床现象,也是临床急症之一。酒精与痫性发作的关系被认识已有几个世纪,在酗酒者中不仅有痫性发作,同时酒精也会诱发加重癫痫患者的痫性发作,但具体发病机制尚不清楚,酒精相关性痫性发作是否长期使用抗癫痫药物尚有争论。该文综述了酒精与痫性发作之间的研究进展与防治现状。 |
