摘    要:
近年来,随着对树突状细胞研究的不断深入,人们发现树突状细胞不仅是体内最强的抗原呈递细胞,激发免疫反应,而且又是调节免疫反应的重要因素之一,在维持免疫反应平衡及诱导免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。树突状细胞诱导免疫耐受的机制及其在临床中的应用,越来越受关注,成为免疫耐受领域的研究热点。

Abstract:
In recent years,with the deepening research on dendritic cells,it is found that dendritic cells are not only the most powerful antigen presenting cells in vivo,but also is one of the important regulation factors of the immune response,which play an important role in maintaining the balance of immune responses and the induction of immune tolerance.Nowadays,researchers take more and more attention on the mechanism that dendritic cells induce immune tolerance and the clinical applications,which has been an focus in the research of immune tolerance.
