| 摘 要： | 目的：为了了解药品不良反应发生的特点及规律,促进临床合理用药。方法：收集分析我院2005年1月～2010年6月各科室上报的药品不良反应（ADR）158例。结果：158例药品不良反应中,男75例,女83例。中老年人发生率最高,占52.53%。给药途径以静脉给药最多。主要不良反应症状为消化系统损害及皮肤损害。在不良反应轻重程度上,轻度者占76.8%,中度占22.4%,重度占0.8%。发生不良反应的患者转归较好,其中75.8%者治愈。24.2%的患者经采取有效措施后好转,无死亡病例。结论：加强药品不良反应监测、分析、总结、信息传播,为临床有效、安全、合理用药提供参考。 |
