苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压临床观察

目的：探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将社区门诊确诊的100例高血压患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组给予硝苯地平治疗;观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,8周为1个疗程,两组均治疗1个疗程后,观察临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后的心率和血压变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组治疗前后心率变化无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组的显效率为74.0%,总有效率为96.0%,均高于对照组的62.0%和86.0%（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：苯磺酸氨氯地平是一种安全有效的治疗高血压药物。

Clinical observation on treatment of hypertension with amlodipine besylate
