| 摘 要： | 目的：了解松滋地区婴幼儿腹泻的种类及现状,为该地区预防和治疗婴幼儿腹泻提供理论依据。方法：采集2008年5月～2010年4月我院2 183例婴幼儿腹泻患儿的大便并进行分析。结果：2 183例患儿中,消化不良或生理性腹泻884例,占40.5%,无发病年龄、性别和季节差异;细菌或真菌性肠炎772例,占35.4%,与年龄和季节有关;轮状病毒肠炎506例,占23.2%,秋冬季发生的病例占轮状病毒肠炎的70.4%,多为1岁以下患儿;细菌性痢疾21例,占0.9%,无发病年龄、性别差异。结论：感染是引起松滋地区婴幼儿腹泻的主要原因,腹泻的发生与季节有关。
