| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尿微量白蛋白对糖尿病肾病早期肾损害的诊断价值。方法：采用免疫比浊法,在日立全自动生化分析仪上测定120例糖尿病患者的尿微量白蛋白,并与40例正常健康者的测定结果进行比较。结果：120例糖尿病患者中检出尿微量白蛋白者35例,检出率为29.2%,检测40例正常对照者,1例检出尿微量白蛋白,检出率为2.5%。二者比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白检出率高,定期对糖尿病患者检测尿微量白蛋白的排出量,对发现糖尿病肾病早期肾损害有重要的诊断价值。 |
