| 摘 要： | 目的：建立芩连胃康丸的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对方中黄连药材进行定性鉴别。结果：TLC斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。结论：定性方法快速、准确、专属性强,所建方法可用于芩连胃康丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the quality standard of Qinlianweikang Pills.Methods: The qualitative identification of Coptis chinensis Franch.was carried out by TLC.Results: The TLC spots were fairy clear and separated well without interference of negative sample.Conclusion: The method is rapid,accurate and specific.It can be used for the quality control of Qinlianweikang Pills. |
