| 摘 要： | 门静脉高压症常继发于肝硬化,主要表现为腹水、侧支循环的建立、脾大并脾功能亢进。部分脾动脉栓塞术(PSE)是治疗门静脉高压症的一种有效方法。现主要总结门静脉高压症、脾大的发病机制,分析门静脉高压与脾大的血流动力学关系,主要就PSE治疗肝硬化门静脉高压症性脾功能亢进的原理、方法、适应证、并发症及疗效评价予以综述。
