静息态脑功能磁共振成像及其在针刺研究中的优势

摘    要:多数功能磁共振成像(fMR I)研究是在特定的实验任务条件下对大脑的活动进行分析,然而,近来的研究发现大脑在静息状态下也存在自发神经元活动。静息态fMR I是一种相对新的fMR I方法,能真正反映人脑复杂的脑活动状态,为全面探索大脑活动的内部机制提供了新的途径,在神经、精神类疾病的研究中已取得较大发展。因其实验设计基本上能够模拟针刺的实际治疗过程,故在研究针刺的神经机制领域有着巨大的潜力。
