| 摘 要： | 胸部肿瘤放疗时,不可避免地会对心脏造成一定的损伤,尤其是经过化疗后的患者,放化疗合用可加重心肌损伤。现从放射性心肌损伤发生机制、心脏受照射体积和剂量与损伤的关系、心肌损伤早期生化指标出现和改变的机制,以及心肌微小损伤特异性标志物心肌肌钙蛋白T在放疗过程中早期监测放射性心肌损伤,指导放疗安全进行的价值等方面进行综述。
