良恶性淋巴结鉴别的影像学研究进展

淋巴结是否转移对于癌症患者的肿瘤分期和治疗方案的选择极为重要。目前常用的影像学诊断方法仅依靠淋巴结的大小鉴别其良恶性的准确性不高,利用功能影像学方法鉴别淋巴结的良恶性是当今影像学研究的热点。现就扩散加权成像、超顺磁性氧化铁增强磁共振成像、CT灌注成像和氢质子波谱成像等功能成像评估淋巴结状态的研究现状及价值予以综述。
