| 摘 要： | 目的：优选枣仁安神胶囊提取的最佳工艺条件。方法：以浸膏中酸枣仁皂苷A和B的含量为指标,用高效液相色谱测定,采用L9（34）正交试验优选提取工艺。结果：最佳工艺条件为8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。结论：优选的枣仁安神胶囊提取工艺稳定、可行,提取率高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study on optimizing decocting extraction for Zaoren Anshen Capsules by orthogonal design method.Methods: Optimized the decocting extraction with L9(34) orthogonal test,the yields of extracts,the content of the Jujubaside A and Jujubaside B were used as evaluating criteria.They was determined by HPLC.Results: The optimal condition was 8 folds amount of water,3 times,1.5 hours each time.Conclusion: The optimized extractive technology is stable and efficient with high yields. |
