摘    要:
目的:探索"以问题为导向的教学方法"(PBL)在普外科教学查房中的应用价值。方法:随机选取在我院实习医学本科学生128例,将其分为两组。实验组64例,实施PBL教学方法,对照组64例,实施传统教学方法。出科前进行问卷调查和试卷考试,将考试成绩进行统计学分析。结果:实验组成绩明显高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:在普外科教学查房中应用PBL能更好地提高医学生自学能力,培养临床思维,并充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性。

Abstract:
