女性盆底功能障碍临床解剖的研究进展

近几年随着盆底功能障碍发病率的增高,盆底临床解剖学也得到临床工作者的重视,对于盆底解剖的研究不再局限于传统的形态解剖学,功能性解剖受到更大的关注。盆底支持系统作为一个动态平衡整体,易发生多个盆腔脏器功能紊乱,单凭临床体格检查无法全面评估缺陷位点,导致手术失败率、复发率高。磁共振、三维超声及三维重建技术对了解活体盆底支持结构提供了新契机。
