摘 要: | 目的:从本科生对卫生事业管理课程的学习需求出发,探讨卫生事业管理教学改革的建议。方法采用自填式问卷的方式,了解各在校生和毕业生对卫生事业管理学课程的学习需求及评价。结果部分学生对卫生事业管理学课程重要性的认识程度不足,学生对于课程教学能够提高其分析问题和解决问题的认可度较高,但是对培养创新能力的认可度偏低。教学师资的知识体系有待完善。结论应引入问题导向式教学法,增加实践的教学学时,改革目前的考试制度。

Abstract: | Objectives Discussion on the teaching reform of health management,based on the learning demand of undergraduate students? Methods Using the method of questionnaire survey on students to understand the learning needs and evaluation of students of health management course? Results Part of the students could not recognize the importance of health management? Over half of the students thought the course could improve their ability of analy-zing and solving the problems,but could not improve their innovation ability? Teachers’knowledge system should be strengthened? Conclusions It’s suggested to introduce the problem based learning method,increase practice teaching hours,and reform the examination methods? |
