| 摘 要： | 目的用HPLC法测定交沙霉素的含量。方法以交沙霉素标准品作对照,采用HPLC法测定交沙霉素片中的交沙霉素含量。色谱柱：CAPCELL PAK C8;TYPE：DD5μm;SIZE：4.6mm.I.D.×150？;检测波长：231nm;流动相：乙酸铵（0.01mol/L）、甲醇：乙腈（55：5）,采用外标法。结果在优化色谱条件下,交沙霉素线性范围10～80μg,r=0.99995,回归方程为：A=7.4872C＋1551.2522。含量测定的回收率为：97.24%RSD=1.22%。结论该方法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,适用于对交沙霉素片中交沙霉素含量的测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To established a high performance liquid chromatography for determination of josamycin. Methods Standard article of josamycin was used as control and the content of josamycin was determined with HPL on a column of CAPCELL PAK C8;TYPE：DD 5μ and a size of 4.6mm. I.D. × 150mm;the ultraviolet detection was 210nm;equilibrated with an eluent mixture and ammonium acete methand - aeetonitrle Results The linear range was 10 - 80μg ,r = 0. 99995 and the recovery was 97.24% ,the RSD was 1.22%, Conclusion The method is special , accurate, simple, reproducible for determination of josamycin in the Josamycin tablets. |
