| 摘 要： | 目的：了解天津市城市人群脑卒中疾病在综合干预后７年间的变化情况。方法：采用世界银行介绍的新指标ＤＡＬＹ，根据脑卒中发病率、死亡率结合其他参数测定其疾病。结果：脑卒中每千人ＤＡＬＹ男性高于女性，７年间经过轻度上升后近年来开始下降。结论：综合干预在降低脑卒中疾病上取得了成效，女性人群更显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of the burden of disease on stroke during the 7 years after comprehensive intervention in Tianjin urban residents.Methods:The burden of disease on stroke was measured by DALY,the indicator introduced by World Bank,using mortality,morbidity and other parameters.Results:DALY per 1 000 in males were larger than that in females in Tianjin urban.From 1990,the burden of disease indicated by DALY began to increase and then declined in recent years.Conclusion:Comprehensive intervention activities have achieved success in reducing the burden of disease on stroke,especially in females. |
