超声引导经皮硬化治疗子宫肌瘤的价值

目的探讨超声引导经皮硬化治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用价值。方法在B超实时动态监视下，将无水乙醇注入到肌瘤内，达到治疗目的。治疗后于1个月、2个月、3个月B超复查，观察疗效。结果28例患，31个肿瘤，治疗后1个月缩小10％～30%，3个月平均缩小49％，以后观测无改变。观察最长时问为6年。结论超声引导下经皮硬化治疗子宫肌瘤是一项操作简便、安全、有效、副作用小、经济的微创治疗技术，值得推广应用。

Percutaneus Sclerosing Agent Injection Therapy Under Ultrasonic Guidance for Hysteromyoma

Objective To explore the clinical application of ultrasound guided percutaneous sclerosing agent injection for hysteromyoma.Methods Under ultrasound monitoring,the anhydrated ethanol was infused into the myomas which were dehydrated and sclerosed to become necrosis for therapeutic effect.Therapeutic results were observed with ultrasound one,two and three months after the treatment.Results Thirty-one tumors in twenty-eight patients were shrunk by 10-30% one month after the treatment.The average shrinkage rate was 49% within the three months.There were no changes to be found in follow-up.The longest follow-up lasted six years.Conclusions The treatment for hysteromyoma with percutaneous sclerosing method under the ultrasonic guidance can be widely used for its convinience,safety,effectiveness,less side effects as well as less invasion.
