| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗手汗症的术前护理和手术配合方法。方法:37例手汗症患者给予有效的心理护理,充分的术前准备及密切的术中配合。结果:术后手汗症状均消失,手术效果满意。结论:有效的心理护理,充分的术前准备,密切的术中配合,可提高手术质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore methods for nursing cooperation in the operation of thoracoscopic sympathectomy.Methods: Psycho-nursing was preoperatively given to 37 patients with palmar hyperhidrosis and close cooperation was carried out correctly during the operation. Results: Hidrosis was cured with no serious complications. Conclusion: The quality of operation can be improved through effective psycho-nursing and close cooperation during the operation. |
