106例非酒精性脂肪肝血液流变性分析

目的 探讨非酒精性脂肪肝患者血液流变性变化相关因素.方法 检测106例非酒精性脂肪肝患者（观察组）和50名健康体检者（正常组）的生化和血液流变学指标进行对比分析并采用B超进行综合诊断.结果 观察组的全血比黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、体重指数、血糖、尿酸、血清谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰胺转肽酶、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯均高于正常组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 肥胖症、糖尿病、高脂血症都是非酒精性脂肪肝的危险因素,要做到及时防治.

The Analysis of Hemorheology in 106 Cases with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective To study the related factors of hemorheology in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods The biochemical and hemorheological indexes of 106 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （observed group ） and healthy group （control） were analysed and conpared with synthesis diagnosis by B ultra. Results The blood contrast viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit,body mass index （ BMI ）,blood glucose （ Glu ）,uric acid （ UA ）,serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT）,Gamma-glutamyl transferase （GGT）,serum total cholesterol （ TC ）,triglyceride （ TG ） in the observation group were much higher than the normal group,P 〈 0.05,which had statistical significance. Conclusion Obesity,diabetes,hyperlipemia are all the risk factors for the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,which need to be controled in time.
