脑梗死复发的危险因素分析

目的探讨脑梗死复发的危险因素,为采取预防措施提供依据。方法采用病例对照研究方法和Logistic回归分析,对103例复发脑梗死和147例初发脑梗死的危险因素进行相关分析。结果经单因素条件Logistic回归分析显示,5个因素与脑梗死复发有关(均P值<0.05),多因素条件Logistic回归分析显示糖尿病、吸烟、高血压与脑梗死复发有关,而饮酒与预防性治疗对脑梗死复发则有一定的预防作用(均P值<0.05)。结论加强对脑梗死危险因素的控制是预防其复发的关键。

Analysis on risk factors of the recurrence of cerebral infarction
