| 摘 要： | 目的了解体外循环围术期血清、尿液、骨骼肌以及红细胞中钾离子的变化规律,探讨合理的补钾用量和方法。方法选取低温体外循环下心脏直视术的病人47例。于围术期各时点测血常规、血清钾、红细胞钾浓度,同时测尿量、尿钾浓度。结果围术期红细胞内钾一直低于正常值;血清钾除停机及停机后15 m in时高于4.0mmol/L外,其余时间均低于4.0 mmol/L。结论转流期间每10分钟补钾0.134 mmol/kg的方式易引起肌体缺钾。适当增加转流初期钾的补充量有利于防治转流中、后的低钾血症。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the change of potassium in the body during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)and discuss the reasonable methods of potassium supply.Methods:Forty-seven patients undergoing open heart surgery with CPB were chosen randomly.Potassium concentrations in serun,urine and erythrocyte were measured.Results: potassium concentrations in erythrocyte were below the normal value in perioperation.Serun potassium concentrations were below4.0mmol/L in perioperation except during terminating CPB.Conclusion: During CPB0.749mmol/kg of potassium administered could not maintainserum potassium level over4.0mmol/L. |
