| 摘 要： | 股骨颈骨折是老年人常见的骨损伤，治疗方法很多。由于我院地处海拔2808m的青藏高原，是进藏物质、人员转运枢纽，道路交通及工伤事故多，自1997年1月至2007年1月共收治股骨颈骨折212例，以青壮年为主，根据患者伤情、骨折分型并结合高原特点选择合适的治疗方法，收到了较好的效果，报告如下。
