| 摘 要： | [目的]总结46例重型颅脑外伤气管切开病人的气道护理.[方法]重型颅脑外伤气管切开后,观察病人下呼吸道内是否有痰液潴留,适时正确地深部吸痰,按需进行气道湿化,指导病人有效深呼吸及咳嗽,鼓励咳嗽排痰.[结果]减少不必要气道刺激,见效快,治愈率高,可缩短病程、促进病人康复、减少后遗症的发生等优点,为重型颅脑外伤病人的救治提供了有效的治疗途径.[结论]保证气道通畅,预防减少气道并发症的发生. |
