| 摘 要： | 目的 通过体外实验探讨压力刺激对大鼠筋膜组织成纤维细胞周期和增殖指数(PI)的影响,为推拿基本力学刺激"舒筋散结"的治疗作用提供细胞生物学方面的实验依据.方法 体外培养大鼠筋膜组织成纤维细胞,对细胞实施压力刺激后,检测细胞周期与PI变化.结果 筋膜组织成纤维细胞接受压力作用后,细胞周期发生阻滞,休止期和DNA合成前期(G0/G1期)细胞增多,分裂前期(S期)细胞减少,PI降低,差异有统计学意义.结论 压力刺激对筋膜组织成纤维细胞周期与PI的抑制性调节,可能是推拿"舒筋散结"的细胞生物力学原理之一.
