| 摘 要： | 目的 评价冠状动脉支架植入术临床效果。方法 １９例冠心病患者被植入支架共２０枚，其中男性１７例，女性２例，年龄３１～７０岁，急性心肌梗塞１２例，陈阳性心肌梗塞３例，不稳定性心绞痛４例。结果 全部支架植入成功。结论 冠状动脉内支架植入术成功率高，并发症少，为安全有效的冠心病临床治疗技术。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo eraluate the clinical effects of the coronary artery stand interpolation (CASI).MethodsTwenty stands were interpolated in 19 patients with coronary heart disease, 17 males and 2 females, aged between 31 and 70 which included 12 patients with acute myocardial infarction,3 patients with old myocardial infarction and 4 patients with unstable angina pectoris.ResultsAll the stands were done successfully.ConclusionCASI is a safe and effective clinical therapeutic technique with a low incidence of the complication for the coronary artery heart disease. |
