胃癌患者血液、胃液中转化生长因子α含量变化及其与表皮生长因子、前列腺素E2关系的研究

目的了解进展期胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)患者血液、胃液中转化生长因子α(transforming growth factor alpha,TGFα)含量变化及其与表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)和前列腺素E2 (prostaglandin E2,PGE2)的关系,探讨TGFα在胃癌发病过程中的作用.方法选择经胃镜和病理组织学检查证实的GC患者18例,慢性浅表性胃炎(chronic superfical gastritis,CSG)患者18例,另选择20例胃镜观察胃黏膜基本正常者作为对照组.胃镜下经活检孔抽取胃液,并采集空腹静脉血,用放免分析法检测胃液、血液中TGFα、EGF、PGE2的含量.结果 GC组血液中TGFα、EGF及PGE2含量均明显高于对照组和CSG组(P<0.05).GC组胃液中TGFα、EGF及PGE2含量均明显高于对照组和CSG组(P<0.01).GC组血液、胃液中TGFα与PGE2,EGF与PGE2,TGFα与EGF间皆无线性相关.血液、胃液间TGFα,GC组无线性相关;血液、胃液间EGF,GC组呈直线相关;血液、胃液间PGE2,GC组无线性相关.结论 GC组血液、胃液中TGFα、EGF及PGE2含量均显著高于对照组,说明TGFα、EGF和PGE2与胃癌的发生发展密切相关,检测它们在血液和胃液中的含量,对GC的诊断具有指导意义.

Study on transforming growth factor alpha levels of blood and gastric juice in patients with gastric cancer and its relationship with epidermal growth factor and prostaglandin E2

Objective To explore the action of transforming growth factor alpha (TGFa)in gastric cancer and its relationship with epidermal growth factor(EGF) and prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2).Methods Eignteen patients with advanced gastric cancer and 18 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were selected; 20 healthy persons were selected as control group. Gastric juice was obtained from all subjects by endoscopy. Blood of vein was collected from every subject. The levels of TGFa,EGF and PGE 2 in blood and gastric juice were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The blood level of TGFa,EGF and PGE 2 in patients with gastric cancer was higher than that in control group and chronic gastritis patients,P< 0.05. The gastric juice level of TGFa,EGF and PGE 2 in patients with gastric cancer was higher than that in control group and chronic gastritis patients,P< 0.01. There was no linear correlation between TGFa and EGF, TGFa and PGE 2,EGF and PGE 2 in blood and gastric juice in patients with gastric cancer,P> 0.05. In gastric cancer group,no correlation was found in the level of TGFa between blood and gastric juice,P> 0.05. There was a positive linear correlation in the level of EGF between blood and gastric juice in patients with gastric cancer,P< 0.05. There was no correlation in the level of PGE 2 between blood and gastric juice in gastric cancer group,P> 0.05.Conclusions TGFa, PGE 2 and EGF were closely related with the carcinogenesis and the process of carcinoma. Measuring the levels of TGFa, PGE 2 and EGF in blood and gastric juice may have directive significance for the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
