17例肾移植术后肺部感染的临床分析

目的：探讨肾移植后肺部感染的临床诊断、治疗。方法：收集本院2008年6月至2011年3月收治的17例肾移植后肺部感染患者的临床资料，分别对临床症状特点、体征及辅助检查特点进行分析。结果：症状表现：发热88％，咳嗽、咳痰88％，气短76％，肺部湿性哆音88％。辅助检查特点：间质性肺炎76％，肺炎13％，肺结核11％，血象升高88％，血培养0％，痰培养5％，病毒抗体阳性10％。结论：早期诊断及经验性治疗尤为重要，可减少肾移植术后肺部感染的病死率。

Clinical analysis of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation

Objective： To analyza the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation. Methods： Clinical data of 17 cases of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation were analyzed. Results： The symptoms included fever（ 88% ） , cough （ 88% ） , shortness of breath （ 76% ） , lung wet rales （ 88% ）. interstitinal pneumonia （ 76% ） , pneumonia （ 13% ）, tuberculosis or pulmonary tuberculosis （ 11% ）, high hemogram （ 88% ）, blood culture （ 0 ）, sputum culture （ 5% ）, positive virus antibody （ 10% ）. Conclusion： Early diagnosis and empirical therapy are very important,it contribute to decrease the fatal casesa.
