摘    要:目的:探讨气管切开患者应用输液泵持续点滴湿化的效果.方法:将2008年1月至2011年6月广东省开平市第二人民医院收治的24例行气管切开并应用输液泵控制输液器滴速进行气道持续湿化的患者作为观察组,选取2004年1月至2007年12月24例行气管切开并应用传统间断气道湿化的患者作为对照组.比较两组患者痰液黏稠度、痰痂形成、吸痰次数、操作护理时间、刺激性咳嗽、气道黏膜出血等情况.结果:观察组与对照组湿化满意度分别为88%(21/24)、54% (13/24),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组吸痰次数、操作护理时间、刺激性咳嗽、气道黏膜出血发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:对气管切开患者,应用输液泵持续点滴湿化效果好,可缩短护士的工作时间,减少患者并发症的发生.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of continuous drip humidification via infusion pump in patients after tracheotomy. Methods: We enrolled 24 patients ( the treatment group) who underwent tracheotomy followed by continuous airway humidification via infusion pump as a tool to control the rate of infusion, from the Second People' s Hospital of Kaiping between January 2008 and Jun 2010. In addition, a total of 24 patients who underwent tracheotomy followed by conventional intermittent airway humidification between January 2004 and December 2007, were recruited in the control group. Sputum viscosity, formation of sputum crust, need for suctioning, duration of nursing manipulation, irritating cough and airway mucosal hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results: There was a remarkable difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the patient satisfaction for humidification between treatment group (88%, 21/24) and control group (54%, 13/24). Statistic differences were also found in frequency of sputum suctioning, duration of nursing manipulation, as well as incidence of irritating cough and airway mucosal hemorrhage, compared with the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Continuous airway humidification via infusion pump as a tool to control the infusion rate is associated with ideal outcomes that may shorten the duration of nursing manipulation and reduce complications in patients after tracheotomy.
