| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、甚晚抗原-4(VLA-4)在特应性皮炎(AD)皮损中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测26例AD患者皮损VCAM-1、VLA-4的表达,参照欧洲AD评分标准(SCORAD)对病情严重程度进行评分,分析VCAM-1、VLA-4的表达水平与病情严重程度的相关性。结果:AD患者组皮损VCAM-1、VLA-4的平均光密度(AOD)明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),VCAM-1、VLA-4的表达水平与SCORAD评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:AD患者皮损VCAM-1、VLA-4的表达增高,VCAM-1、VLA-4的表达水平可作为反映病情严重程度的指标。
