儿童支气管哮喘变应原检测与年龄、性别的关系探讨

摘    要:
目的:探讨支气管哮喘患儿的变应原检测结果和性别、年龄分期的关系.方法:将我科明确诊断为支气管哮喘的256例患儿应用酶免疫分析法行特异性IgE(包括食物性变应原、吸入性变应原)测定.年龄分为婴幼儿期(0~3周岁前)、学龄前期(3~5周岁前)、学龄期(6~10周岁前)和青春期(10~20周岁前),分析变应原检测结果在年龄分期和性别分布上存在的不同.结果:男164例,女92例;男女比率1.79∶1.平均年龄(7.4±3.2)岁,婴幼儿期84例,学龄前期83例,学龄期52例,青春期37例.吸入性变应原105例;食物性变应原81例;混合性变应原43例,变应原阴性27例.结论:变应原检测结果在四个年龄分期的分布差异有显著统计学意义.吸入性变应原学龄前期最多,食物性变应原学龄期最多,混合性变应原婴幼儿期最多,变应原阴性青春期最多.变应原检测结果在各组性别的分布差异有统计学意义.吸入性变应原男女比例为5.3∶1,食物性变应原男女比例为2.4∶1,混合性变应原男女比例为5.3∶1,阴性男女比例为1.5∶1.

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the relationship between allergen testing results and age or sex in the children with bronchial asthma. Method Allergen testing of 256 children suffering from bronchial asthma were reviewed. IgE in food or air were determinated by enzyme immunoassay.
