电视胸腔镜下肺叶切除术对肺功能低下患者肺功能及生存质量的影响

目的：探讨电视胸腔镜辅助肺叶切除术对于肺功能低下患者肺部功能及其生存质量的影响。方法：79例肺部功能低下患者随机分为对照组（n=39例）和观察组（n=38例）。给予对照组常规开胸手术,给予观察组胸腔镜手术,对比两组的肺功能、血气指标以及生存质量。结果：手术后15d,两组FVC、FEV1和MVV对比,观察组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。手术后3d,两组在PaCO2和PaO2对比,观察组的PaCO2显著低于对照组,PaO2显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后,观察组在GH、BP、VT、RE、SF和MH评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：电视胸腔镜辅助治疗能够显著改善肺功能低下患者的肺功能,改善生存质量。

Effect of Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Lobectomy on Lung Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Poor Pulmonary Function

Objective： To investigate effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy on lung function and quality of life in patients with poor pulmonary function.Methods：79 cases of poor pulmonary function patients were randomly divided into control group（n=39 cases） and observation group（n=38 cases）.The control group was given routine open chest operation, while observation group was given thoracoscopic operation. Pulmonary function,blood gas index and quality of life of two groups were compared. Results：15d after operation,FVC,FEV1 and MVV of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. 3d after operation,PaCO2 and PaO2 of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.After treatment, GH、BP、VT、RE、SF and MH scores of observation group was higher than that of control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Video assisted thoracoscopic treatment can significantly improve lung function in patients with poor pulmonary function,improve the quality of life.
