| 摘 要： | 目的分析常德市FIDELIS结核病控制项目实施一年的效果。方法根据各项目单位FIDELIS和结控项目工作月报表及季报表进行分析和评价。结果项目实施一年内共发现涂阳肺结核4436人,其中新友涂阳3669例,涂阳新登记率从项目实施前(2003年)的30．23／10万提高到2004年的61．03／10万。结论实施FIDELIS项目,有效的提高了综合医院肺结核病人的转诊率和涂阳病人发现率,获得了很好的效益,为实施新一轮FIDELIS项目提供了好的经验。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effects of FIDELIS tuberculosis control project one year after implementation of the project. Methods The data concerning the of implementation of FIDELIS tuberculosis control project in Changde City were analyzed.Results Totally 4 436 smear - positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were detected including 3 669 initially treatment infections patients. New registration rate of smear - positive pulmonary tuberculosis cases increased from 28.46/100 000 in 2003 to 60.83/100 000 in 2004. Conclusion The rates of referral of tuberculosis patients to general hospitals after implementation of the project and tuberculosis case finding in this city are increased to have laid solid foundation for implementation of the project at next stage. |
