| 摘 要： | 观察了１２例粘膜完整的食管鳞状细胞癌的临床病理学特征和组织发生。结果：１２例标本中有６例食管粘膜上皮为单纯增生，５例为不典型增生，１例为原位癌。这些病变与粘膜下的浸润性鳞癌无任何过渡关系。在９例标本中发现食管粘膜固有层及粘膜下层腺体有单纯增生、鳞状上皮化生和不典型增生，并可见不典型增生向鳞状细胞癌过渡的现象。结果提示：食管鳞状细胞癌不仅可起源于粘膜上皮，而且还可能来自食管腺。

| Abstract: | The clinic and pathologic features and histogenesis of twelve cases of esophgeal squamous cell carcinoma with complete mucosa were studied in this study.It was found that six tumors had single hyperplasia,five had dysplasia and one had carcinoma in situ in their mucosal epithelia.But these lesions do not have any transitional relationship with the invasive cancer tissue under the mucosal epithelia.The hyperplasia,squamous metaplasia and dysplasia of glands in the mucous lamina propria or the submucous layer of esophagus were found in nine cases.The transition from dysplasia to squamous cell carcinomain in the glands were also found.The pres ent study suggests that the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma could not only originate from the mucosal squamous epithelia,but also come from the esophageal glands. |
