护理工作中医疗收费失误与服务补救研究

医疗收费作为一项特殊的医疗服务项目，服务失误难以避免。文章对护理工作中易出现的医疗收费失误问题，通过分析造成医疗收费失误以及由此而引发的护患纠纷的发生原因，提出了弥补医疗收费失误的服务补救措施：加强培训；增进沟通；建立有效的预警机制等，对减少医疗收费失误、防止护患纠纷、提高患者对医院服务的满意度起到了重要作用。

Medical charge errors and service recovery in clinical care

Medical charge is a special medical service,in which charge errors are inevitable. This paper analyzes the causes of charge errors and the induced medical disputes, and puts forward such management countermeasures as strengthening training, promoting communication and establishing an effective early- warning mechanism, which would reduce medical charge errors ,prevent medical dispute,and improve patients＇ satisfaction with medical service.
