复方中药牛黄天龙胶囊对小鼠宫颈癌U_(14) VEGF、MMP-9表达的影响

目的探讨复方中药牛黄天龙胶囊对实体型小鼠宫颈癌U14血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法 40只昆明种小鼠右腋皮下接种制作小鼠宫颈癌U14实体瘤模型,并随机分为4组,分别给予高、中、低浓度复方中药牛黄天龙胶囊混悬液和生理盐水连续灌胃12 d,取肿瘤组织,应用免疫组化法观察肿瘤组织中VEGF及MMP-9表达情况。结果从阴性对照组→低剂量组→中剂量组→高剂量组,VEGF、MMP-9阳性表达率呈逐级降低趋势。结论牛黄天龙胶囊可通过抑制肿瘤组织中VEGF、MMP-9的表达来发挥抗肿瘤作用。

Effect of traditional Chinese herbal prescription Niuhuang Tianlong capsule on the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in mice cervical cancer U14

Objective It is to observe the influence of Niuhuang Tianlong capsule(NTC) on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and MMP-9 in solid carcinoma mice transplanted cervical cancer U14.Methods 40 KM solid carcinoma mice model were produced by transplanted cell strain of U14 and divided into 4 groups;then were treated with high,media and low does NTC liqud and physiological saline by intragastric administration for 12 days.The cancer tissues were got to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 by immunohistochemistry.Results From the low dose group to the high one,the expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 were decreased step by step.Conclusion NTC can inhibit tumor growth through inhibit the expression of VEGFand MMP-9 in cancer tissue.
