| 摘 要： | 应用猪真皮胶原凝胶作为生物敷料治疗小儿烧伤６０例。其结果在用药后烧伤创面渗出明显创面洁净，坏死组织脱落迅速，上皮生长快，创面提前４－５天愈合（Ｐ〈０．００１）。作者认为，猪坡皮胶原凝胶参与创面的修复，促进上皮细胞的粘附和分化，使上皮细胞再生加速。其还具有保护创面的作用，促进淤滞带的恢复，是烧伤的治疗中一种较理想的生物敷料。

| Abstract: | 60 cases burned children were treated with porcine dermal collagen (P - D - C ) gels. We discovered that P-D-C gels reduce the wound secretion,clear wound,promote necrosis tissue separating.The wound healing is faster. It is 4-5 days earlier than before in super ficial and deep part thickness burn.We belived that P - D- C gels take part in wound repair, promote epidermal cells reproduction, protect wound,and change zone - of- stasis. P- D-C gels is better biological dressing for burn treatment. |
