指压法对减轻患儿肌注疼痛的临床研究

目的 :探讨指压法 (即肌注前拇指按压注射部位 10s)减轻肌注疼痛的效果。方法 :选择 187例肌注安痛定的患儿随机分为两组 ,实验组 96例于注射前采用指压法 ,对照组 91例采用常规方法肌注 ,并应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS法 )评估疼痛。结果 :轻度疼痛 (VAS 0～ 3)实验组为 5 8 33%,对照组为 2 8 5 7%(P <0 0 1) ;中度疼痛 (VAS 4～ 7)实验组 35 4 2 %,对照组5 1 6 5 %(P <0 0 5 ) ,重度疼痛 (VAS 8～ 10 )实验组 6 2 5 %,对照组 19 78%(P <0 0 1)。结论 :指压法可有效地减轻患儿肌注时的疼痛。

Clinical study of finger - pressing method on relieving intramuscular injection Ache in Paediatrics,

Objective:To explore the effect of finger-pressing method on relieving intramuscular injection ache. Method:187 cases of children with the therapy of intramuscular antodine were randomly divided into two groups,97 cases of experimental group were managed with finger-pressing method,while 91 cases of control group with regular intramuscular method.Visual analog scale(VAS) method was used during the assessment. Result:There were siginificant differences between the two groups. The rates of mild ache in experimental group and control group were 58.33% and 28.57%(P<0.01);the rates of moderate ache in two groups were 35.42% and 51.65%(P<0.05);the rates of severe ache in two groups were 6.25% and 19.78%(P<0.01). Conclusion:Finger-pressing method is significantly better than that of regular method on relieving intramusclar injection ache,this method is simple and easily advocated.
