X线诊断脊椎骨折的临床价值

目的探讨X线诊断脊椎骨折的价值。方法84例脊椎骨折患者分为轻、中、重度组各28例。以CT确诊作为阳性判断标准，比较X线与螺旋CT的诊断率与骨折评分。结果螺旋CT能够检出所有的骨折类型，与螺旋CT相比，X线摄片的检出率为70．1％，X线摄片在各个类型的骨折中均有漏诊，总漏诊率为29．9％。轻度组的X线诊断结果评分与螺旋CT诊断结果评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中、重度组的X线诊断结果评分与螺旋CT诊断结果评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论X线平片诊断脊椎骨折具有价格低廉、快捷、直观等优势，但仍存在诸多不足，对于骨折程度不宜辨别者应提倡联合诊断，以免误诊漏诊。

Study on the clinical value of X-ray diagnosis of vertebral fracture

Objective To explore the clinical value of X-ray diagnosis of vertebral fracture. Methods A total of 84 cases of spine fracture were divided into light, medium, severe group. With CT diagnosed as positive standard, comparison of X and spiral CT in the diagnosis of the diagnosis rate and fracture score. Results Spiral CT is able to detect all types of fractures, compared with spiral CT, X X-ray detection rate was 70.1%, X X-ray in all types of fractures, were missed diagnosis, missed diagnosis rate was 29.9% of total. X diagnosis results in mild group score and spiral CT diagnosis results showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. X diagnosis results in severe group, the score score with spiral CT in the diagnosis of the results, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion X ray di- agnosis of vertebral fracture has the advantages of low cost, fast, intuitive and other advantages, but there are still many problems, for fracture degree is serious should advocate the combined diagnosis, to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis occurred.
