参与药物不良反应监测工作的体会

目的探索药物不良反应（ADR）收集工作的不同切入点与防止漏报的方法。方法通过确定重点科室监测、关注重点监测人群与品种、重视药源性疾病的防治等环节切入,开展ADR收集。结果实践证明加强不同切入点ADR监测,能够防止漏报。结论ADR监测工作受多方面切入点影响,应予注意。

Experience of participative adverse drug reactions monitoring

Objective To discuss the different breakthrough points and methods of under-reoprting prevention of adverse drug reactions （ADR） collection. Methods The ADR collection were carried out through the breakthrough points of confirming the key departments monitoring, paying close attention to the key monitored crowd and variety and attaching importance to the prevention and treatment of drug induced diseases. Results The practice had proved that the under-reporting can be prevented through enhancing the different breakthrough points monitoring of ADR. Conclusion ADR monitoring has the influence of different breakthrough points,so they should be pay attention to.
