| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨巴德补片和赫美补片在无张力疝修补术中的应用比较。方法 回顾性分析了72例无张力疝修补术，对手术方法、补片的选择和术后并发症等进行分析总结。结果 72例患者均手术成功。随访6-36个月，无复发患者。结论 无张力疝修补术具有恢复快、创伤小、复发率低的优点。两类补片都是无张力疝修补术非常理想的材料，但各有优势，合理的选择补片类型是成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the advantages of Bard and Hermix perfix in tension-free hernia repair. Methods] The clinical material of 72 patiens underwent tension-free hernia repair were analyzed retrospectively to analyze the method of operation, choice of perfix and complications. Result] All the operations were successful, no one has recurrence in 72 sases who followed up in 6-36 months. Conclusion] The tension-free hernia repair has the advantages of quick recovery, small injury and lower recurrence rate. all of the two perfix are the very ideal material, but each having its own advantages, reasonable choice of the type of perfix is the successful key. |
