汽油对作业工人神经行为的影响

为了解汽油对职业人群神经行为功能的影响和汽油对人体的早期危害，为汽油的危险度评价和卫生标准的修订提供科学依据。应用WH（）推荐的神经行为测试组合（NCTB）对92名汽油作业工人和88名对照人员进行了神经行为功能测试，同时对作业环境空气中汽油浓度进行测定。结果表明：接触组明显存在忧郁一沮丧的不良情绪状态，简单反应时慢于对照组，数字跨度、提转敏捷度、数字译码和目标追踪得分明显低于对照组，且行为功能得分随浓度的增高而降低。提示长期接触汽油可影响工人神经行为功能。核心测试有助于早期发现汽油的职业危害。

Effect of gasoline on the neurobehavioral functions of the exposed workers

In order to study the effcet of gasoline to the neurobehavioral func-tions of occupational population and the early dangers of gasoline to body, and supplysclentific accordance to the evaluati0n of risk of gasoline and change of the healthstandard. Neur0behavioral function of 92 exposed workers and 88 controls were ex-aminted with Neurobehavioral C0re Test Battery (NCTB) rec0mmended by WorldHealth Organization (WHO), and meanwhlle, air concentration of gasoline in theworkplaces were determined. The results showed that the exposed group 0bviouslyexpressed the cmotional statc 0f sadness-depression, Simple Reaction Time wereslower than that 0f the control gr0up, the scores of Digit Span'Manual Dexterlty TestDigit Symb0l Test and Pursuit Aiming Test were obviously lower than that of thecontrol group. The scores decreased while the c0ncentrati0n 0f gasoline increased. ltsuggested that l0ngtime exposed gasoline effected the neurobehavioral function. Thetest is helpful to the finding of the occupati0nal dangers of gas0line.
