铜绿微囊藻酸性多糖的分离、纯化与结构研究

摘    要:用热水浸提法提取、DEAE-52纤维素柱分离纯化得到铜绿微囊藻酸性多糖,通过理化分析及IR、UV、HPLC、~(13)CNMR分析其性质和化学结构。结果表明铜绿微囊藻酸性多糖是一种新型的α型吡喃糖,平均分子量为2.0028×10~5,由鼠李糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖和半乳糖醛酸组成。

Abstract:Acidic polysccharide was extracted by boiling water from Microcystic aeruginosa, isolated and purified by DEAE-52 gel column. IR, UV, HPLC and 13C-NMR were used for the structural analysis. Results showed that MAAP was a new acidic polysaccharide, it's molecular weigh was 2.0028 x 10(5), and it's chain was composed of a-glycoside linkage. The component of MAAP was identified as rhamnose, xylose, arabinose, galactose and galacturonic acid.
