| 摘 要： | 本文观察了清肝解毒注射液，对暴发性肝衰竭大鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响，结果表明：清肝组大鼠用药后红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率和红细胞免疫复合物花环率，与正常动物组比较无明显变化，与生理盐水对照组比较有显著性差异。说明清肝解毒注射液具有保护或促进红细胞免疫功能的作用。 |

| Abstract: | The study was observed that the effect of the liver-detoxicating injection(LDI)on RBC immune function of fulminant hepatic failure in rats.The results showed that the rosette rate of RBC C3b-R and the one of RBC immune complex were statistically signifficant differences(P<0.05)between the LDI group and normal saline group, but these of were similar compared with the control group(P>0.05).It suggest that LDI has the functions of the protective and promoted RBC immune. |
