高甘油三酯血症试验诊断方法评价

【目的】评价两种高甘油三酯血症试验诊断方法的优劣。【方法】30例健康男性机关工作人员，用脂肪耐量试验，建立富含甘油三酯脂蛋白（triglvceride—rich lipoproteins，TRL）清除延迟判断标准。用受试者工作特征曲线（Receiver operation characteristic curve，ROC）及曲线下面积做评价指标，分析曲线下面积及其分布。【结果】空腹高TG血症】3例，占21．67％；FTT后TRL清除延迟16例，占53．33％。用TRL清除延迟和空腹高TG血症分别做金标准时，曲线下面积分别是0．891（P=0．000）和0．692（P=0．075）。TRL清除延迟做试验诊断指标明显优于空腹测定TG方法。【结论】TRL清除延迟是诊断和鉴别诊断高TG血症很好的临床试验诊断方法．

Evaluation of laboratory diagnostic methods for high triglycerideamia

[Objective] To evaluate two laboratory diagnostic methods for high triglycerideamia. [Methods] Thirty healthy crew were served as subjects. Blood samples at fasting and after fat loading meal were taken for monitoring the plasma triglyceride （TG）. The criteria of the delayed clearance of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins （TRL） were established. Receiver operation characteristic curve （ROC） and under curve areas were evaluated for two methods. [Results] High triglycerideamia at fasting was 13 cases （21.67%）. The incidence of delayed clearance of TRL was 16 cases （53.33 %）. The under curve areas were 0. 891 （ P = 0. 000） and 0. 692（ P = 0. 075） at the criteria of delayed clearance of TRL and high triglycerideamia, respectively. [Conclusions] Delayed clearance of TRL is a good laboratory method for the diagnosis and identifying high triglycerideamia.
