围术期抗菌药物应用现状

近年来我国围术期抗菌药物的不合理应用的现状为抗菌药物使用率过高,联合用药不规范,抗菌药物品种选择不合理,抗菌药物给药的时机不当,用药时间过长等。抗菌药物不合理应用导致耐药菌的增加,不良反应增加,加重患者负担,造成资源浪费。不合理应用抗菌药物的原因与医疗机构管理上的缺陷,缺乏抗菌药物合理用药知识,过分依赖抗菌药物预防手术感染有关。应进行行政技术干预及加强培训教育,才能有效地促进抗菌药物的合理使用。
